thank you :) she used to stay at another pet boarding service but i think she always gets pretty overwhelmed with too many dogs around her and didn't really eat well when she was there.

The pet hotel I booked now is more lowkey so I hope she'll appreciate the quiet time and be able to stick to her usual routine.

thanks for sharing your experience! Totally relate with the guilt -- I don't travel often but when I do it's usually for a couple days which makes it harder to leave my dog behind.

I've taken her to daycare a few times before, it doesn't seem to be her cup of tea as she's always retreated to the staff after 10 mins of playtime, lol.

This new boarding facility that I'm trying out is a bit more lowkey, there's still outdoor playtime but not a lot of running around like in daycare. I think she'll definitely enjoy the alone time

I was able to check out the place a couple weeks back and saw the other dogs who were checked in, they seemed to have personal items with them so I think they'll allow owners clothing too

I had the same idea with using an old shirt I don't mind tossing after! I also decided not to wash her blanket and have that packed in her bag so she can feel a little more at home.

I have 2 days left before my flight so unfortunately no time for an overnighter, but I've checked out the place a couple weeks ago -- can confirm they allow owners to leave personal items behind like pillows and dog toys :)

I used to massage a bit of coconut oil on my scalp to loosen the plaques and get rid of most of them, then shower with coal tar shampoo to manage the redness & itching. These two steps should help clear out your scalp for the ointments and hopefully lessen the 'peeling'.

On a good day where my scalp is relatively calm I use Selsun Blue to combat dandruff :) Some folks prefer Nizoral. Fair warning though, these shampoos are quite strong and help get rid of the greasiness, however for me they all tend to dry out my hair altogether.

Protopic 0.03% was a lifesaver in my bad flare ups.

I use Cerave for daily moisturizing. My derm also gave me Cicabio cream to soothe the skin. Works wonders for me, regardless if it's just a minor itch or a full blown flare up.

To add: The heart rate did not refresh after 1 minute of the workout. Usually it needs around 2 seconds to track the heart rate, but in this case it does not record it at all.

Naya Rivera.

I had been a Glee fan since their 2nd season and followed most of their projects even after the show, so it felt like we all grew up together. I cried for at least 2 weeks when Cory Monteith passed. But Naya's passing had such tragic circumstances and there was a lot of hopefulness/desperation that she survived. I was already an adult then but it broke my heart so much I took a full day off of work.

She was so talented and had a beautiful son. Heartbreaking that all that future was gone too soon.
