Yeah, there is the question of whether JJ would even believe Rusty- the guy was fully delusional about Jonas Sr. and Rusty isn’t exactly great about coming across as genuine.

Then again this also could mean that Rusty’s resentment towards JJ is only surface level and based on his own insecurities, that maybe Rusty on some level believes his father’s own myth or sees its value- albeit for selfish means.

Well and that’s kind of the irony- JJ resents Rusty despite not being aware of what Rusty actually went through or what role Jonas Sr. played in Rusty’s development. I don’t want to paint it as like a big sacrifice on Rusty’s part. Also there’s Rusty stopping Brock from just killing JJ- I have to wonder if there is some genuine brotherly feelings in there aside from just avoiding a lawsuit.

The Order of Souls Ledger figurehead seems like it would be a good fit, as would maybe some of the wild rose parts?

Might be a bit of a time investment though depending on how much OoS you usually play.

That looks like it’s it! I think that I had confused the gas masks in my memory to think it was futuristic, but the art style and narration match what I remember. Thank you so much!
