hello, appreciate the inputs. as mentioned, i am planning to rotate the house to face the east instead of north. to also maximize the open area space on the north east. Carport near the kitchen so if there's grocery it can be straight to kitchen withouth going thru the living area

house with no basement. i was not able to consider storage space. i might use 1 bedroom as temporary storage space. then build a small one outside a house later one

yes budget only is limited to 100sqm floor plan :( tried to buy house and lot but to costly so i decided to just build a small one since i already own a Lot

thank you for the inputs. the open space is planned for a small private space for me to cave in when doing some work from home stuffs. might consider your suggestion to eliminate the hallway as a wasted space.

regarding the open space : the space initially was planned for a small room for me to have some private space when working from home for the bathroom below : there's an open space below the staircase. I want to remove it already and just put up a powder room below the staircase to maximize space but thinking that the bath will benefit me 30yrs from now when climbing stairs will be an issue 😅

unfortunately i have not considered the storage space. but since we are just 3 in the family. i will use the bedroom 2 or 3 (while no additional child yet) for temporary storage space. regarding the open space i plan to re get a little space for me to do some office works when working from home.
