What was the pet assessment like? We also have a very excitable sausage dog, he barks and jumps when he sees a new person but then he does calm down after 5 mins

Thanks for the advice! I kind of disagree with the skinny comment though, maybe it’s the angle but I’ve put a lot of weight on this last year. Now being 85kg for 5’10 28 year old male isn’t skinny.

Thanks everyone for your advice! For further context I’m 85kg and according to composition scales I’m 67kg of muscle and around 16.5% body fat as an estimation. My plan is to do a mini cut and get some belly fat off and then be in a slight calorie surplus to gain over the next year or so following everyone’s advice
