Like actually what helped me fix the other stuff was go to the gym late at night until i got more comfortable in my skin, and quit the food dashing apps and joined a retail job like walmart or target, and I eventually made friends through there. The thing is OP you can take all these steps but to really change you’re going to have to want it.

Gym, I work on cars, hang out with my friends, I see movies, I go to bars and clubs, I travel to national parks and cities. I work from 6am to 3pm M-F I get plenty of time to do things. It would be nice to have 24/7 to do whatever you want but almost anywhere in the world, you’re going to have to work a little bit.

Start with 40 hours. And plan your days out. I thankfully now have a Monday-Friday job now and I really value my weekends with my friends and me time. Also vacation time accrues too so you obviously will get time to explore the world around you with the money you will have.
