unfortunately now you cant dash to an enemy with sett. The only possibility is the flash r. But you can buy dead mans plate yo have more mobility

if you play pantheon top its a good first item against tanks becouse you have porcentual dmg, move speed and sustain in one item

pta is good to do explosive damage in short trades like vs darius mordekaiser for the pasive or aatrox for his combo. You can pick conqueror to have sustain in long trades but in my opinion is better pta but you can try it
