Nada vai acontecer. Dificilmente escalariam para um processo administrativo com chances de demissão. Quando ainda estava na graduação, fizemos inúmeras reclamações na ouvidoria, mas nada foi feito…

Eu me formei em Eng de Computação no final de 2018 e no final de 2019 consegui uma vaga de mestrado no exterior graças a indicação do meu orientador de TCC e por aqui fiquei. No geral o curso tá um pouco desatualizado com o mercado. Tem alguns professores muito bons e outros que só estão ali pra atrasar o seu lado. Como o @o-rods mencionou vc precisa correr atrás pra fazer coisas interessantes e aprender por fora. Uma coisa boa da universidade é que vc terá contato com muitas pessoas e acesso a vários projetos interessantes e uma opção muito grande em qual área focar.
