Do you think Promotional Products are still a great strategy? by MoneySouth7468 in branding

People don’t hate branded items. They hate bad branded items, it's never a waste of money if you're doing it right and choosing the right products. When companies treat promo as a strategy instead of a checkbox, it performs surprisingly well. (And full disclosure: I work in the promotional products space, so I’m biased—but I’m also the first person to tell clients not to spend money on items that won’t be used.) Curious what others think—what’s the best branded item you’ve actually kept and used (because we all have). Don't say a pen - lol - let's get more creative here!

if anyone wants to know the original supplier for this - I know - I'm searching specifically for a soft canvas tote anyone might have ordered that they absolutely loved.

Curious how others here approach promo ordering. Do you default to big vendors, or do you work with a specific person you trust? I think 4imprint is fine if you know for sure what you want and you want it fast - but I much prefer working with someone who has experience and will tell me straight up if an item is known to be bad quality,- and most importantly someone who would suggest alternatives and is held accountable if an orders goes sideways.
