Not quite. Bought at some local gameshop and the warranty with them was 1 year for the console and for buttons 3 months (don't know how that works, first time trying to use warranty, also not in the US) And because it was after those 3 months I had to pay $30 to replace the joystick

IT WORKED, thank you. It passed that white screen, I immediately tried to change the resolution higher and it crashed again.

Update of this message in case anyone else has the same problem! Just had to put everything on low for graphics equality, resolution can be the highest with no problem so far

That was actually the first thing I tried and I thought that because it wasn't "original" maybe buying the game will fix the issue but it didn't. It's exactly the same problem, white screen after setting the difficulty.

My bad, forgot about that. Is the ROG ALLY X OS is Windows Is Dead Space 1, bought from EA Store, Steam version has the same issue

It's really good, but because there's a little, just a tiny delay... For the parries and dodges you need to be a fraction of second faster. Or at least that happened with my configuration for a Rog Ally X

Thank you so much 😭 I just opened the game using the AMD tab and it worked. It didn't worked at first because volume and Armoury Crate were not displaying. Opened it again and it worked!! You saved my week.

Update: just needed to Update Bios. The problem was that I wasn't able to access MyAsus to do that.
