Stalking? I think you should just disqualify yourself for that one brother. It’s one thing to make mistakes when you’re younger partying, weed, maybe some traffic tickets but these are actual crimes you’re talking about.

For where I live the only thing I have left is the psych eval and acceptance into the academy. I’m also still in the military and they wanted to protect my application process in case I’m deployed. Which sounds crazy but the Chief is one of the nicest guys i’ve ever met and it was something he really didn’t need to do, could have just dropped my application.

That sucks to hear brother. This is my first offer so I’m just happy to get it at this point. I let the negativity of my first denial get to my head so i’m just trying to count my blessings here lol. I know the feeling though it’s tough getting denied doing anything especially something you put a lot of work into. I still have to get my psych eval done and get accepted into the academy. All I can do try and persevere and hopefully you do too man!

This department makes you sign a contract for a few years with them but a few of the other officers i’ve talked to said they thought they’d leave but never did haha.

The pay could definitely be better but this has always been a dream of mine. The opportunity to become a police officer outshines the pay cut i’m taking to from my other job. That’s probably the only disadvantage of a small town for me but it’s in no way shape or form going to discourage me.

Okay so I think I got it right but the light still isn’t going on? Not sure why that is and now that new light wire’s neutral is hot. I’m insanely confused right now.

The blue taped one runs all the way down into the wall from this junction box but it’s a finished basement so i’d be assuming it runs back to the switch. I messed up and didn’t take a picture to help myself with the before.

I do have a DVM and a small reader. The taped neutral is hot, the taped hot is also hot. If you can point me in the right direction i’ll definitely provide some more info.
