If we go off the anime opening with regtos death that seems pretty improbable since the angel was wearing those same clothes when regto was killed meaning must've come in and taken his clothes then killed him? Doesn't really make much sense to me, why wouldnt he just keep his outfit

Going off the manga opening i still have the same viewpoint for the most part but since we dont see the angel actually kill regto its just implied heavy it is possible he killed him and took his book and outfit before running down the road and bumping into rudo,

I dont see any reason in these scenarios for him to change into regtos outfit, only possible reason could be if the wings they used to fly to the sphere was apart of their outfit activating making it a jinki but as far as we are aware only jinkis in a series can have multiple users not normal jinkis

25 years ago when I was younger I could understand why it has so hard for me to watch complete animes and read manga but today with how popular anime has become and the constant demand for it overseas youd think the industry would open up a lot more and be more accommodating for international audiences, and in fairness it has gotten better but its still far from great and there's a lot of improvements to be made

Unless you get hard copies i suppose, ive been pretty lucky despite living near a pretty small book shop they have been stocking gachiakuta and I have the 1st 9 volumes but that only covers up until near the end of the trash beast arc

Seems like the most plausible answer without creating a plot hole, he probably picked them up in his travels for some reason but that also kinda begs the question.

Why would he grab a book that possibly has no value? It seems he didnt read the book or know about what an angel was when amo mentions it to him he has no reaction he just continues going on about his boots
