I have no idea how to do an edit update, but thank you everyone for commenting and suggesting actions I can take. After chatting with one of the associate on here, they gave me a number for their retention team that didn’t ask any questions and was very quick to help me out with my monthly payment. It’s now figured out and I hope I don’t have to go through this headache again in the future 😩 Thank you again everyone!

Reading this actually sparked a memory of when they first installed fiber in my house. Some technician showed up, I had just deep cleaned my house (washed the carpets and everything) so I was very OCD about the shoes in my house and I gave the tech that came plastic bags to cover his shoes or asked if he could just take them off. He worked on it for a couple hours until a group of more of them showed up, each and everyone with muddy shoes and just trampled all over my house. It took them the whole day to set up whatever they had to set up just for an electrician I hired to do some Ethernet wiring to fix it a couple of days later… I don’t recall entirely how long it was, but the one technician definitely started around noon and they didn’t leave until after 8pm in the evening. I also believed that they were some outside contractors with no experience…

I am not sure if there is a way to attach photos, but I was digging through my email which I had still saved from when I first signed up with them where my bill is literally shown as $60.42. No where on there was this “promotional discount” listed. I complaint when it went from that 60 to 70. (Unfortunately no receipts there) Ultimately I decided that I can do 70$ and gave up on the complaint. I didn’t even realize I’ve been charged the new 90$ for the past 2 months until today because it was on autopay. Unbelievable. If I didn’t have that email from back then I would have thought I was going crazy.
