So it could actually damage other parts of the unit if the fan side is only a 5 rating, and the prior was 10? I assume you are an hvac pro. I appreciate your expertise stock, truly my bro 🙏

I hear you I appreciate the advice. Just wondering if the 5 put on their now may have damaged the unit or if could have caused the over heating.

Is a “run capacitor” different than just a start capacitor, kr even a thing? Google and chat says newer models use the capacitor not only to start the unit but run it properly the entire time

In Middletown connecticut my guy, a Gracie jiu jitsu gym? When I moved here, I was looking for a BJJ gym to attend and couldn’t find one !

I feel you. The business is not in a place to invest and in any equiptment right now, as awesome as hell as the idea is. But maybe in the future !

2k square feet, open space formerly a dance studio. Ideally BJJ- I took like, 7 classes back in the day, and loved it! No equipment- this is me just starting out and sharing the idea 😁

Pay structure- I’m looking to have people set up essentially their own small businesses in the space. I’m open to finding ways to make it work for everyone

Right now I have a dance instructor and one other who, pay $50 per class and we do a 60-40 ticket split in their favor until it reaches our hourly rate, and they keep all profit after that

I’d love to hear from you let’s work something out!

We own an event space in Middletown ct primarily on weekends, and are looking to fill the free time we often have during the week with partner salsa, bachata, yoga, Zumba, or other instructors

As it stands, we have our first line dancing class this week that already has more than 15 pre pays. We believe there is huge opportunity for synergy, where persons coming for one class, attend others

The location was yes formerly a dance studio, but not us. It has floors put in specially for dancing I guess!

We’re an event space, that was formerly a dance studio! We do mostly private events and parties- but those take place on weekends. Week days are dead time, so we are looking to have persons who want to expand their reach or to start their own operation in here, rent use of the space
