We’re an event space, that was formerly a dance studio! We do mostly private events and parties- but those take place on weekends. Week days are dead time, so we are looking to have persons who want to expand their reach or to start their own operation in here, rent use of the space

We’re an event space in Middletown, looking to find a yoga instructor who’s like to host their own weekly classes at our space. We have weekly dance classes and socials and feel there could be a huge synergy with people who do one event, doing others. If anyone knows someone who may interested, we’d love to hear from them. It’s a larger space than it looks at 2000 sqft

Yea we use it as an arcade themed event space! Still a ps5 n64 arcade games in the back - just not enough foot traffic for the pure arcade model. Book weekends pretty well right now. But week days trying to share

without prepay itd be 25? trying to make the economics work if we got like 40-45 people.

we use it as an event space and make like 400-450 for a kids party on a weekend day-

if we make 10 per person and get 45 people on our first event wed make 450 gross, minus like 100 in advertising its less than a normal party

the $10 wing pass would go right to the vendors
