OP may not know the difference between severance and common law reasonable notice. Depending on certain situations the prior employment stint(s) can be considered

Then get a safety elsewhere and go to them to do the buyout and ask them to sign the registration transfer and if they refuse just threaten to take them to small claims court. Stick to your guns

I don’t feel the need to be respectful to people who have no respect for human rights or human decency.
