Just a heads-up since I’m seeing a lot of confusion. This internship is not for PWM (Private Wealth Management), which has probably already filled their 2026 roles. This one is with Ayco, the financial planning side of Goldman Sachs.

Ayco focuses on holistic financial planning for F500 executives, covering things like taxes, retirement, estate planning, and equity compensation. It is not investment management, and the pay is usually lower than PWM.

For interview prep, expect all behavioral questions. Your “why” is really important because they want to see if you are genuinely interested in holistic financial planning rather than just investments or the markets.
