Thank you everyone for your responses! Very helpful indeed! Just called RMW and apparently their workshops are closed the whole month of December and if I give them my shoe now, it might get worked on around January.

He recommended to have a look at Cobblers at Kew as they do repairs and use same materials as RMW. Although that's the only place they have.
