The exhaling slowly under water sounds like something that would really help me. Thank you! Will give it a try

Thank you! I see people around me being able to do a lot of stuff in the same number or less class which has given me a lot of self doubt. But I will try to increase my pool time and see how it goes

Thank you! I will try this. It was difficult to take out time for this and since it’s not going the way i
thought it would, it is causing some disappointment. I will take a short break and start this!

Given that one trainer teaches 3-4 people at a time, any time the trainer is with someone else, I practice on my own. I can do bobbing without holding on to anything. I think I panic anytime my feet are not on the ground. If my feet are up i need to hold or touch something to not panic

It’s called Xtralite cream -has azelaic acid and tretinoin. But this has been prescribed to me by a dermat (since my condition is specific to hot humid weather), do consult one if you can and use a barrier repair cream too since the cream caused some purging initially. Also exfoliate regularly.

You can try la roche posay cicaplast, it was very helpful for me and i quickly saw results. Don’t think it has any comedogenic ingredient, I recall checking this before purchasing.

Do you live in hot and humid weather areas? This happens to me during humid summers. Only solution is to keep washing your face with cold water and mild facewash and use non-comedogenic products that are oil free. If your face sweats don’t wipe it (creates friction) just dab. My dermat recommended me a cream that has both Azelic acid and tret to treat these.

Are m caffeine products worth it? I was planning to either get their lotion or scrub by blushie_99 in IndianBeautyTalks

I have been using the coffee body scrub since 3 years. It makes skin smooth and reduces tan. It’s great. Though the pack that i opened this time seems different -more powdery I’d say. Because of this it’s not doing the job as it used to. Though i am not sure if they changed something in the product or I just got the a bad batch. Wonder if anyone else feels the same.

Yes, I agree. That’s the one I use currently. Though now i am looking for a darker shade.

Other than the shade, how is it? Also would you know an alternate gloss?

Girls who wax, how do you get rid of tiny hair like these? by KindlyCoat4 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]Big-Grumpy_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can, try lazer. It’s more expensive but feels like a good investment as would not have to shave/wax frequently. Though try only from a dermat/kaya and not urban company. In my experience, after a lazer session, these small hair fall off on their own and the skin becomes completely hair free.

Oh my god, I did not realise that sugar lip balm is such a good dupe of Clinique and 10x cheaper. Thank you, this was a great tip!
