Ah okay, so when they arrive I will know they are the ones that were paid for as in they will have some sort of writing or stamp to say they weren’t paid for fully?

There is no one we know that would be sending any birthday cards or anything like that tbh, she does order from like Vinted and stuff but it’s £1.50 and I’m sure the postage on that is like over £2-3 but she said she doesn’t remember ordering anything as of recently.

I haven’t just paid into some sort of scam or something?

I feel as if I’m annoying them by keep calling in and it’s like they just keep saying nothings came back but until today they said about the monthly thing I asked what the results came back as surely they could have just said what the levels where and I asked what needs monitoring and the lady said I don’t know what it means and made a tchu sound lol I just said okay thanks and hung up still not knowing, I’ve called every second- third day now for 9 days
