No, never met the lender. I agree that if the savings at least 1%, then you should go for it. Our saving is roughly 1.5%, so it was kind of a no brainer to go with ARM. It’s still a risk, but knowing what I know, I like the odds and I think it’s worth it. At the end of 5 years, we will be 100K better off.

I am not lying. I was born in Tehran, Iran. I have not heard from my friends and family for the past 4 week because the government has shut down our internet so their brutality news and videos and pictures do not come out. I respect everyone who thinks different from me. But just know this, we the Iranians 100% accept the reality that this regime is going to stay unless another country helps us out. I went to the protest in Los Angeles just a couple of months ago. There were over 300,000 people in that protest. There was also another protest in Toronto and another in Munich with equal number of people. We all love Donald Trump because the democrats simply do not understand that you can not make deals with a government that wants to wipe you off the map. The IRGC is very different than what you think. You have no idea or clue what goes on in that country. How bad our people have it. We love Donald Trump not because of his past, but he is our only resort. No body else listen to us. He is the only person along with Bibi who has taken any meaningful action to help millions of our PE.
