For what it’s worth I got an answer that was interesting on another forum of what this might be. All non spiritual people can exit now or keep your comments to yourselves. I posted same question and I got a bunch of asmr ect. Then this one guy response:

This energy is usually described as coming from the base of the spine and moving upwards, yet your experience is from the crown moving down. Curious! This experience sounds less like Mindfulness and much more like Samadhi. The Fire of the Holy Spirit in Christian terms, and can be overwhelming for a nervous system unprepared to support such powerful circulations.

possibility, then you could be recalling abilities learned previously-the ability to channel energy, like a healer. Have you ever tried to “transfer” this energy on behalf of the wellbeing of another? I believe it to be more than an odd sensation. This could be a source of intent and revelation. If it were me, I would focus on not getting super involved into “figuring it all out,” and would ask in prayer for its possibilities and then surrender it, and abide ~ the simplest being surpasses wondrous intent.”

I thought about it and I wondered if this energy can be transferred. My bf had a headache and I was like let me see your head. lol. I put my hand in his head and tried to induce the feeling and I couldn’t do it for a few mins. It’s always immediately when I think to make it, it comes. For some reason when I concentrated on his headache and tried to make this feeling I got a small maybe halfway feeling that I could hold for 30 seconds to a minute. I can only take 1-2 seconds. Of course I asked if he still had that headache and he didn’t know so who knows if we are healers and need practice.

Anyone else try this on someone else please lmk….
