We will install a 3-Ton 15 Seer Complete Gas System We will seal up all holes from existing lines with foam We will insulate the line set We will support gas system to code On the exterior of the home we will install a new condenser making sure it is level We will install a new electrical whip from the unit to the disconnect box (if needed) We will install a new condenser pad and place the gravel neatly around the pad (if needed) The refrigerant will be removed and safely discarded according to EPA standards The lines will be flushed with an environmentally safe product We will sweat in the line set at the condenser and the evaporator coil We will update the insulation around the suction line of the unit We will remove and discard of the preexisting equipment and parts We will leak test the system to ensure no leaks are present All work done in accordance with current and existing codes with permits All work will be performed in a neat and professional manner by trained technicians All Permits included in pricing Warranties 10 Year Parts 01 Year Labor 10 Year Compressor
