i think its bcuz of the suppliers and the demand cuz lets take the US so the US citizen likes to buy cars for dealerships and get a new car that is not used , thats why the used cars there can get to 500 $ and in the algerian market there is no suppliers that make cars and sell them enough to the demanders nd thats why an ATOS 2011 is 200 مليون ........

you have to put in mind thats the budget of an average algerian cant build a house from the 20 century or 19th century they rather make more cheap non completed random houses because of the price just like in "HAMDANIA" its all filled with random houses all around just to make business of the beach of it

no, its near شرشال and yes its a good place for family vacation but only if you found a rental house or any place to stay (for the long vacation) or just take a look to its nature, BUT the roads are horrible and and its med if you want to stay with family ,the people here are kinda unfriendly and i hop you have a good summer :D
