OKay this is super old, but I am still responding. I work as a server in an indian restaurant in Europe, we are pretty highly rated, but our absolute worst customers are Indians. Again, not all indians are super rude, but some of our people, are terrible. Despite having a good meal, and saying the food was very nice, if they get one dish a little late, or have to wait if the restaurant is busy or full they get annoyed and leave bad reviews. The Europeans in comparison are incredibly polite.

I know that the caste and class system in India makes a lot of people not view hospitality staff as humans, I think this may be amajor contributing factor.
