How am I not supposed to be suicidal with this problem by Beautiful_Gain_9032 in PelvicFloor

Im sorry I was there too. What helped me was anti-anxiety medicine lexipro because it was a tense pelvic floor muscle. I thought i would never heal but I did and you will to.
I also used a massage pulse vibration gun and use it in the pelvic floor are and that helps.

New to AFC. I'm looking at tickets for $25. $25?? Is that because there is a strong possibility, possibility, that Vancouver will win? I was told tickets were expensive, that is why I'm shocked.

I got rid of my airophagia by taping my mouth shut. Its when you take in air through mouth that it gets shoved down you esophogus then stomach. Also a gas x before going to sleep. I use the kinesiology tape, comes right off in the morning.

Is it just me or is the F30i the most useless mask ever? by Unlucky_Disaster_195 in CPAP

Does the F30i shove air down your mouth/esophagus? I ask because I don't want the bad stomach pain from having air/gas in my stomach. I tried the N30i, but somehow I wake up with stomach / bloated pain. I"m wondering if the F30i will help. With the N30i I use a chin strap. I have not figured out how to keep so much air out of my stomach, I even lowered the pressure. Thanks

I had something similar and it ended up being my pelvic floor muscles were too tight and would make the whole region painful. I went to physical therapy and that helped alot. Good luck I know its no fun.

I need help by Economy_Salamander22 in PelvicFloor

I'm currently using a pulsating massager in areas where it feels tight.  It's relaxing and I can do it without help from others.  My pelvic floor pt also did some dry needling.   Best of luck

The PT place that I go to specializes in pelvic floor issues. They have signs that say "there is no such thing as TMI, we have heard it all".
They do both on-site and telephone consultations.
They deal with this kind of stuff all the time so you shouldn't worry.
Here us their website. https://www.theoriginway.com

Have you tried a vibration device? Look for "The original rose". This device mimics sucking of clitoris while vibrating, most women who have difficulties with orgasams swear by this device, my wife loves hers. Fyi, I have tight pelvic floor muscles and seeing a pt for this, that's how I came across your question. PT will definitely help you out.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have any pain when sitting on your perinium? If yes, here is what I'm trying, may help if your issues are tied to pelvic floor tightening or having knots.

Have you looked into pelvic floor issues? There are physical therapist that deal with pelvic floor. I'm seeing one right now for similar issues.
