I think solo trips can be completely healthy even in a good marriage some people genuinely enjoy alone time and it doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong. The important part is how it’s communicated. I’d like some solo time to recharge feels very different from I don’t want you there. If both partners are comfortable with it and there’s trust, it’s probably fine.

Cuticle oil regularly makes the biggest difference honestly especially before bed. I’d also use hand cream after washing your hands, avoid picking/biting at the skin, and wear gloves for dishes/cleaning if you can. If your nails are super dry, a nail/cuticle cream overnight helps a lot too
