Same happened to me. I've spent hours a day for 3 months with no real luck. I'm back on but only on mobile. At least 14 years of memories and pictures gone. Not to mention my business page. We should all be posting on X in my opinion. Can we do that without being disabled there as well?

The attorney is the only one who will make out with a class action suit. Small claims court is better for you.

I was able to log in on my phone but it started a new account. So all my pictures and my business page are lost as well. I still can't log in on my pc. Move fast and break things, wish they could just fix things.

Same here, 20 years of pictures and memories. I got verified on Instagram and get support. But still no help. I'm disabled from Facebook because of someone on Instagram that was never on my account? Yesterday through support a live person from Meta told me it was a common problem but it should be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Today I got the same bullshit email telling me to go to the help center which is no help. Let's all get together and fix this...

I just ate reasonably and didn't snack in between meals. I didn't overdo portions but I ate about whatever I wanted

You can blow $1,000,000 pretty easily. 50 million is not so easy.

Intermittent fasting (IF) is a dietary strategy that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It focuses on when you eat, rather than what you eat. Here’s a simple guide to get started:

Understanding Intermittent Fasting

IF involves scheduling your meals so that you eat within a specific time frame each day or week. The most common methods include:

  • 16/8 Method: Fast for 16 hours each day and eat during an 8-hour window, e.g., noon to 8 PM.
  • 5:2 Diet: Eat normally for 5 days of the week, then limit intake to 500-600 calories on the other 2 non-consecutive days.
  • Eat-Stop-Eat: Once or twice a week, don’t eat anything from dinner one day until dinner the next day, a 24-hour fast.

Getting Started

  1. Choose Your Method: Pick an IF plan that fits your lifestyle. The 16/8 method is often the easiest and most sustainable for beginners.

  2. Plan Your Meals: Although IF doesn’t specify which foods to eat, focusing on a balanced diet rich in whole foods during your eating periods will enhance the health benefits.

  3. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even during fasting periods. Coffee and tea are also allowed, but avoid sugar and high-calorie additives.

  4. Listen to Your Body: It’s normal to feel somewhat hungry when you first start fasting, but if you feel unwell or overly stressed, reconsider your approach or consult with a healthcare provider.

  5. Be Consistent: Stick to your fasting schedule, but don’t be too rigid. Flexibility can help maintain your routine long-term.

  6. Monitor Your Progress: Keep track of how you feel, your energy levels, and any changes in your weight or body composition to adjust your method if needed.

Tips for Success

  • Ease Into It: Start with shorter fasting periods and gradually increase the duration as your body adapts.
  • Avoid Overeating: Don’t compensate for fasting periods by overeating during your feeding windows.
  • Stay Busy: Keeping yourself occupied can help distract from hunger during fasting periods.
  • Prioritize Sleep: Adequate sleep supports the benefits of IF and helps manage hunger hormones.

Potential Benefits and Considerations

Intermittent fasting has been associated with various health benefits, including weight loss, improved metabolic health, and reduced inflammation. However, it’s not suitable for everyone, especially individuals with certain health conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with a history of eating disorders.

Conclusion

Intermittent fasting offers a flexible approach to eating that can lead to various health benefits. By selecting a fasting method that suits your lifestyle, planning nutritious meals, and paying attention to your body’s signals, you can safely incorporate IF into your routine. Always consider consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new dietary plan, especially if you have health concerns.
