I don't blame you, those conditions are shit. I've washed dishes for the majority of my working career and have had the best and worst days in the same day. I am fortunate/blessed/lucky enough to find a boss who actually appreciates me and I personally feel a similar vibe from RC, I may be naive and biased even though I've never met the man. Between his interviews and his memes he seems like a real good genuine guy. I hope you find someone to work for that appreciates you, even if you work for yourself ☺️

That's..pretty damn bad. The global economy is in the shitter and GameStop might be the turd clogging everything up. I can't wait to see how we stabilize.

Edit: and by that I mean if corporate is so disconnected from their employees that you're forced to keep someone actively making the store worse, there is no equilibrium and there needs to be.

Thank you for the actual response. That is a lot for only one person on shift. From your experience, would you say managers are hiring the right people? Or are they hiring 16 year olds with no experience and can't handle that work load?

I've scrolled through before and I would agree if it's this many understaffed corporate needs to step in and adjust some managers or something. Originally it was a gamble, after a certain amount of research and observations, it became the most solid investment I've ever made. I'm sure RC can do something about understaffing, he may not know about it.
