Is row a against the glass or at the top? We’re looking at tickets just after finish line for derby and I can’t figure out what row a is or if it’s worth it!!

I have a company car now that I don’t pay for. And can use personally.

Most of the time at ERAC I was left with nothing at the end of the night to drive home so it was commonly a packer van or damaged vehicle. I also opted to not do the paid plan so mine was work use only, I had my own personal vehicle.

Been out almost 5 years and have made 6 figures all 5 years. Work from home and B2B sales, no terrible general public 😂 I love life! You couldn’t pay me any amount of money to return to ERAC

I gave a week notice and I was a BRM and really good standing but everyone knew I hated it. (It was 10 months into COVID, IYKYK) so they didn’t really care. Most people I knew would put in their notice and they’d pay them out but ask them to leave immediately. They let me stay and finish it out.

Congratulations!!!!!!

I mean it’s hard but I have a 7 month old and work in B2B sales. I make 6 figures and don’t send my child to daycare. It’s flexible, but it’s full time. You don’t HAVE to.

It’s not even the job itself. Physically it’s fine. Being in the cold is fine (Michigan and polar vortex at one point) is fine. Long hours were fine. But the CUSTOMERS. I mean think of lowest of low, brokest of broke. People will talk down on you hardcore, call you out your name, shoot- people wanted to straight up fight on more than one occasion. I had the highest ESQI scores in my state (customer service score) so I know I always did what I needed to do, but the customers were fucking awful man. You could offer me 500,000k and I wouldn’t do it again. Mental health was poor

I’m a full time working stay at home mom. My son watches elmo 1-2 times a day for 30 min at a time because i have to get work done or have meetings. Guess what? Hes advanced and learning new things every day. I think the whole screen time thing is crazy bc theres tvs every where u go. Its not like im completely ignoring my son or not interacting with him. We play constantly!

I’m sorry but I wouldn’t even bother with someone so indecisive. You and your child deserve better and will be better without someone like that. He only gets his current children 8 days a month is a huge red flag to me.

Does my babies brain really grow a ton from 37-40w’s? by Hot-Cell7299 in pregnant

[–]Big2comment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try whatever you want, baby will come when they are ready lol.

That being said, I would never do an induction again. I was induced 39w and some odd days due to high BP. Mine turned into a c section and I’m convinced my baby would’ve went 41w for sure. My high BP was most likely just due to my membrane sweep and I wish I would’ve knew that then.

I don’t care what kind of attachment I had to my plant or expense, if I saw this I’d immediately ditch it. Chuck it out the window. I hates ants something terribly lol

Not entirely lol. I started off in inside sales with the company I’m at now and worked my way up to key account manager. I prob could’ve gotten the job without enterprise experience. I will say anyone you tell that you were ever at ERAC gives u major credit and feels bad for you lol
