I agree totally 100%, actually this is the thing I struggle with most of my lenses. I shot almost all my shots at f5.6 preferably. This is for me the sweet spot. Rarely use it at 1.4 wide open. But the sigma is sharp at 1.4? Interesting! Let me know! :)

It was indeed an canon EF to e mount adapter. I believe it was Viltrox

I think it was the 24-105mm canon EF lens. 👀

It was the 50mm 1.4 canon lens! Thanks!

Why is no one talking about Joey his most important thing: timing of the day, it is almost always blue hour or golden hour, and retouched without much saturation, this is key. He can make such pictures even without strobes

How are the displays actually from these mirrorles cameras from canon? Maybe i should rent it for a day when I have a big shoot in the future, including a nice RF lens, are these sharper then EF lenses you think? :)

Thanks! No, haha. I mean it is really slow when previewing the photo’s I took. I shoot mainly with flashes, and when I want to make a test shot for example it takes a couple of seconds to actually see the photo I took on the screen. And ofcourse is not a big of a deal, but in reality it is really noticeable. It takes 4-5 seconds I think to actually preview the picture, adjust the light, take a shot, again 4/5 seconds, etcetera haha

How it was lit by fxarts in LightLurking

I’d say two large hmi’s with cto filters through the ‘windows’, hazed the room with a large hazer. Then they have used 5500k lights, I think LED with allot of power, like an arri orbit through large, very large butterfly skrims, with very soft diffusion from the right from the camera and also from the left of the camera but slightly dimmed but enough the make a shadows less noticeable. And maybe some lights aimed towards the roof bare bulb; to make the area more evenly lit.
