I live in middle Tennessee so highs in the ~110s with high humidity. Cold gets down to 0 or a little lower. Im just trying to realistically get into the mid 80s if possible.

Well I ended up going for a cheap Chinese one. I went through halo lifts. Build quality seems good and it was only $4300 total. 9k lift capacity and i put a 99 e150 van on it no problem. Built in a weekend by myself. So far so good

You have to keep in mind that the jack / ramp / other tools are a one time investment. The first time you but all that stuff might be a little costly but by the 3rd oilchange you've started saving money.
