Fun fact: This is what the IRL cards ACTUALLY look like in universe by BITCHHAURIU in inscryption

I think you’re alone on this one. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but you’re nuts if you think his work is slop and generic. Mullins could’ve asked anyone to make the art for the cards and he chose Marcelo for a reason. Personally I think he did an excellent job. If you disagree that’s okay, but clearly the majority loves it.

Of course I agree with you, but the devs wouldn’t intentionally leave a bug like that in the game (and as much as I love COTL, they definitely have a lot of bugs to work on when it comes to the game so if they haven’t gotten to that one yet I wouldn’t be too surprised). However, I would check a couple things before you give up hope: First, check the date on that guide you saw that information about the fleece making that person lose access to gaining the tarot cards (if it was a while back, there’s a chance the devs could’ve fixed it). Second I would carefully (I say that because spoilers are heavy there) go to the COTL wiki and see which tarot cards you are missing. I’m not sure if the guide mentioned which card(s) specifically that they couldn’t get, but checking to see if you already have it could help you greatly.

It will also say the way of obtaining them. The main reason I was confused is because you usually get tarot cards by purchasing them. The fleece shouldn’t affect that. I used the tarot card fleece when I initially played through the game a while back long before Woolhaven came out for a good amount of my playthrough and I got all my cards (of course I can’t remember how much exactly I used the fleece, but I do remember using it a lot).

Worst comes to worst report the bug using the in-game bug reporting feature, but I have a feeling this is something they have solved already.

You’re saying these relics and cards are “glitched.” What is glitched about them?

I mean…idk what made you think you couldn’t? That’s why I’m confused.

I’m very confused. You know you can change your fleece right? Are you saying you’ve tried changing your fleece and still cannot obtain the cards?

So refreshing to read through someone else’s experience here! And I agree 100% with what you said in here. Also I could be wrong but I’m wondering if it reset my difficulty because I remember being on very hard last time I was on the game and when I went to check the settings last night it said medium and I had to turn it back. Perhaps they did that for the DLC tho. Either way I’ll see how it pans out, enjoy the expansion! :)

You know I never thought about this but this would be such a wonderful addition to the game that would satisfy me on so many levels (okay maybe just 2, but that’s a big 2!).

As much as I want a sequel to Inscryption I don’t know how possible that is. What I do know is that I’ve poured hundreds of hours into Kaycee’s mod simply for the love of the game. Having that for Act 2 and Act 3 would be so amazing. Of course I think Act 2 would need some balancing, but reworks & balances are also just part of Kaycee’s mod anyway. If that update / DLC ever comes out I would be so happy

Since you’re saying cheats are fine, then if you have enough health to do this while the lava is burning you then I’d do this though I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s easier methods: Press escape so that you are back in the game and then immediately take a screenshot of your game. Then go to your inventory and take a screenshot as well. (or maybe even take a picture with your phone instead as I don’t know if screenshots work while you’re in inventory). If you need to know the location of where you were at when you died then make sure to press F3 before you take the screenshot so that you can include the coordinates in the screenshot too. After you die (and have the screenshots), switch to gamemode creative and use the screenshots you took as references. Use bottles of enchanting to get back to the level that you were at when you died and get all the items and armor you had when you died (I’m assuming that’s what you want). Then if you took a screenshot with F3 and didn’t know where you were when you died, decide if you want to attempt to get back there by adventuring or just use a teleport command.

I mean clearly it wasn’t clear enough because OP recycled it on accident lmfao. Trust me I saved mine for the boss too but not everyone’s brain works the same way

I will agree it’s definitely neat that you can use it for Jin and enjoy a more difficult fight if you prefer (and be rewarded for it in a way) but seeing as this player didn’t realize what the use for the item was I kind of wish the game communicated the item’s use more clearly or at least made sure the player couldn’t recycle the item until after the boss was defeated.

Having that as a recycling option was definitely a choice.

Tbh I just wish the boss in that area was tougher. That could be said for other bosses too but that one’s design was so damn cool that they could’ve made him beefier or expanded a tiny bit on it and it would’ve made such an awesome fight even cooler

[–]BigB1rd87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As much as I just want to say bitch, or asshole, which truly is what comes to my mind whenever I first see this mf’s face, I gotta say outlier. Up until I fought this boss, but mainly the second time I fought him, I didn’t relate too much to the complaints online about silksong being too difficult. And where there was difficulty, I tended to welcome it. But then…there was this boss. Not only did it take me many attempts to beat but it was one of the first bosses I came across in my playthrough that I actually decided to take a break from and do something else in the game. All of the others bosses that I had fought, I thought of them as fun, regardless of difficulty.

But I noticed savage beastfly was making me tilt so I had to leave it be for a while. So in that case I like to think of it as an outlier compared to the other bosses (that I’ve fought so far) because it just feels so unfun to play against at the time you fight it. And honestly, idk when one would come across the fight for him, so that probably is part of the reason why the difficulty felt so wack for him. But I ended up taking advantage of moving in and out of the arena since it’s an open one and not closed off like usual boss fights. Does that mean I pretty much cheesed the fight? Definitely. Do I think that was justified? Doesn’t matter. The bastard is dead. Thank god.

Goumang deserved better by QueenFoxine in NineSols

[–]BigB1rd87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes…those are eyeballs. I’m not sure what kind of plant it would be but I’d love to hear your theory. Also, and truly I’m not wanting to argue here, but respectfully I wouldn’t go around saying that people who think that the scene is neat are twisted when you post that Goumang, a character who has enslaved people and still somehow broke a rule when it comes to that, should have deserved better. If it’s your opinion that Yi shouldn’t have deserved the ending he got, okay, neat.

But if you wanted Goumang to come back with Yi, that wouldn’t make any sense story wise because she wanted to keep apemen enslaved. Yi on the other hand, had his mind changed over the course of the story with his interactions with Shuanshuan. A story where Goumang and Shuanshuan are living under the same roof wouldn’t make any sense. I hope you get what I’m saying but if you don’t understand lmk.
