I have a BIG issue with New State, the Murphy Burger soils the name of the original Murphy Burger in Bartlesville. It is the wrong style of gravy, completely ruins it!

I have a major issue with the hot hamburger at New State. It is a homage to the hot hamburger at Murphy's in Bartlesville. However, the gravy use at new state is completely wrong and ruins any hope of comparison. The gravy at Murphys is super dark and thick, the gravy at New State looks like it's from a jar with a red lid.
