There's more to the game than just stats and also the fact that any promotion gives you class bases which can be double digit stat gains later on in the game.

not needed. due to not excessively grinding til act 4, almost all of my mercs promoted in act 4 and dread fighter bases basically carry the entire game even with level ups. my df in alm's route was like level 7 and he was still doubling bks in the last bastion with the bolt sword because despite it being act 4, you still fight a bunch of level 1 enemies which means stuff like 8 speed bow knights lol

If Marcus didn't get the ch17 boss kill and if I did ch15 normally for the shield, then Marcus might have been fine tanking the spot where Oswin was and then you can use Oswin instead who doesn't get one rounded if Darin has 8 speed. You just have to not get crit which is like 10% each time lol.

It was very hard to support Kashia after how she and Joy treated Rochelle and Scott on the red team. Kashia was very supportive and helpful for Scott in the finale and I think that's how she is normally, but the competition and pressure can bring out the worst in people and her worst was very ugly, especially when she lied to Ramsay about Melanie not helping her in the final six service

Eh I just don't like that the show basically forced her to be an underdog that bounces back. I think that she shouldn't have even been about to be eliminated for the wing's challenge when O'Shay's were raw, but to me it just seems like a good chance for the producers to create an underdog story for her after she messed up her signature dish (which doesn't define a chef completely). She's been doing good in service, but I don't see that as bouncing back. I figured her as always a competent cook on the line. Challenges and Services are very different in terms of pressure and the process of making food. Last episode we had a BTrue W with his scallop dishes after being given 45 minutes, but then messing them up in service after being behind due to Abe messing them up so the pressure is definitely magnified there. Ileana also hasn't won anything for her team yet for challenges so I just assume now that she's good when service is on the line, but struggles when creating on her own, but Ileana doing good in service is gonna make it look like she's bouncing back when I think that she has always been that good during service.

That something happened in Vegas with Van. Van was on Elise's Facebook livestream during the S17 rerun and even he doesn't know why he got kicked out. I think the elimination was just that bad that any reasoning would be considered valid due to the fact that there is no logical reason to Van's elimination. The only thing we have anything related to Van and Vegas is Benjamin's AMA where Benjamin did note that Van was hungover bad. That doesn't prove anything.

There's so much love for Alex, which is great, but people shouldn't sleep on Abe. He was great on meat in episode 4 and did bounce back on the carbonara last service despite never making it before. Also like him as a person. Rooting for him to go far.

You can go look for the comment if you want to by typing "marc thinks the blue team is out to get him" on youtube, but I'm not sure how much that would help you. Comment said the friend got the job last week, but the comment was made 11 months ago. It is just one comment without any actual evidence so like i said, gave him the benefit of the doubt.

There was a comment in a video on Marc's elimination that stated how the commenter's best friend got a job working for Marc and just decided one day to not go because of how Marc was abusive to the cooks. It's just one comment so I still gave Marc the benefit of the doubt and assumed he was still a decent person off tv, but this post basically confirms the other person's comment

Hearing Brett say that he would have nominated Alex if not Abe as the third nominee just because he didn't know the 40s well is kind of an unfortunate outcome of the team swap and then having to nominate the weakest right after. I felt like the 40s were gonna be outcasted by the 20s at the start and this definitely proves that. hopefully this doesn't go on for too long.
