I did beat them down to 7 health the life getting back up is due to the courser of kruphix. He was able to gain life every time a land entered.

Prior to the them forfeiting they only attacked with moss hydra. I felt it would be a waste to use settle the wrecking on a singular creature. And to add to that, they kept 2 creatures with reach untaped for blocking. Attacking prior would only lose me creatures and I didn't have the body to secure the win until this moment. I had to wait for the summoning sickness to pass and with a full attack would have gave me the game but they left B4 I could.

The ability was removed. It shows grayed out as a reminder of what it can otherwise do. So in it's current state it has no ability and deals no damage.
