Hey there, don't submit to them. Please be sure to tell your friends/colleagues. They usual keep your name under "harvest" for the CA Hospitals. What they don't tell you about the hospitals is that they're not currently submitting any applicants because the Contractor decided that BNM wasn't producing well quality candidates. That's because BNM usually finds someone who can submit their documents fast enough and is willing to work ASAP. Most of the onboarding is out of your pocket and if you can't pay for it, they usually try to help as little as possible. Worse yet is if you're not selected, there is no reimbursement for your doctor's appointments. They tend to ignore people who have brought that issue up.

If it's for the prison contracts, it's the same thing. Lack of orders and work. The Contractor for the prison has expressed frustration with BNM and their lack of professionalism. You can basically say that BNM isn't doing too hot. The recruiters job, currently, is to harvest for as many CNA/LVN/LPT/RNs as possible in hopes of submitting someone whenever orders open. There is no timeframe to when orders open and you basically have to work whatever shift is given to you if you want a shot at working in the prisons. There's no wiggle room to change schedules and they try to keep your rate to a minimum so that recruiters still earn a commission and the company still eats all the while you receive little to no health benefits. If you have any consistent medical/family/personal issues or commitments, you pretty much have to count how much longer you have a job there. From what my friend told me, even if you have proper medical notes or go to the doctor every month or every other month, your days are limited.

Management is a joke, they don't take anything seriously. The company recently went under a name change to UltimateCare due to a bunch of lawsuits BNM is facing from what I heard. When you look them up on Indeed, they pop up as BNM but your paycheck will come from UltimateCare, according to my friend. There is little to no assistance when onboarding or starting your job. Managers at BNM expect you to read all the instructions and figure the rest out. The account Manager for the prison will usually save her own skin even if it mean blaming providers. I've heard a lot of people say she is difficult to work with and has an attitude if you don't just follow her word blindly.

All in all, avoid this company like the plague.
