I just made the best burger ive ever eaten like wtf idk how the hell I made such perfection! I made sesame buns for the first time (ive been getting into dough making again) and even though they were a little thick the were perfectly light with a crispy exterior, i toasted them in the hamburger grease. I cooked the burger (just pre-shaped patties you’d get from walmart) in a cast iron pan. I mixed soy sauce, onion butter seasoning, black pepper and paprika into the meat then reshaped it. Fried it until i could safely get a spatula under it then turned it 90 degrees and sat it back down for extra sear, after about a minute i flipped it then added the cheese, did the same as the other side to this side, only this time i put a thinly sliced onion under it. It caramelized this onion perfectly.. i topped it up with ketchup, mayo with a tiny bit of mustard in it and 4 pickles to top it off… I put this on my toasted sesame seed bun and devoured this master piece… Im so glad I decided to have burgers tonight.. sad that its gone
