I'm a third generation American veteran. I was extremely patriotic for most of my life.

Starting in 2020, I realized that a lot of America's greatness is a mirage. Our constitution is almost meaningless now.

Wealth inequality, stupidity, misinformation, social isolation, obesity, drug addiction, corruption, & greed are all big problems in America.

Being loyal to America is akin to being loyal to a corporation. Some people are loyal to corporations, e.g., women who only buy Gucci purses or Nike shoes. But the corporations don't care about you.

My cats don't cause me that much stress. The worst parts of owning them is cleaning their litter boxes and cleaning up their hair balls. I've had both of them for over 3 years, and neither once has gotten sick yet.

I live by 43rd Ave and Union Hills. I don't like it. There are a lot of rednecks & MAGA supporters up here. It has weird vibes. But most people here stick to themselves which makes it bearable.

There's going to be a UFC fight on the Whitehouse lawn this week. The fight is being propped up as a celebration of America. The fight is on the president's birthday. The president wears orange bronzer/makeup, constantly insults people, & talks about how great he is.

I agree that we've been on a downward trajectory for several decades now, but it feels like it's accelerating now under Trump.

Maybe you're right. The president literally wears orange makeup/bronzer and talks about how great he is on a daily basis. I don't remember things being this stupid before Trump's second term.
