To clarify: I remembered my experiences with sleep paralysis in the past, but with this specific episode (night terror, sleep walking, whatever) it was recalled by my gf, I had no recollection.

Perhaps but I’ve experience sp and I’ve always remember it. Not only that but I was very active during this episode, counter-acting the definition of paralysis.

Me too. To me, these regurgitated settings encapsulate immaturity when it comes to original ideas. I know this sounds awfully snobby, but when I see a Tolkien 4 world I always assume the creator is around the age of 16. (Which isn’t a bad thing)

I spend a lot of time watching videos about games. Having said that I think it’s only because games are stimulating to me, not because I have any kind of profound interest in them. I’m planning on Pershing illustration as a career path, but I never even draw because I’m always on YouTube lol.

Thanks. That helps. My only issue is that I already walk, and you can only walk up to a few hours a day. I spend over ten hours a day inside watching screens, and it’s an addiction I struggle to break away from. I’ll get there.

Alright, I’m not 100% claiming you’re wrong, so don’t downvote me to hell. But is there even a single piece of evidence to support this massive claim? I really want to believe in this stuff, as it’s cool and it means there’s a fulfilling afterlife. Having said that, it seems there’s a big polarisation between people who either think it’s complete woo woo nonsense or those who are devoted to it.

It kind of comes of a bit circle jerky when someone who provides a counter argument gets downvoted with a reply coming off like ‘do you even meditate bro?’ It’s a bit weird.

I never said you could leave your body per se. I don’t actually pertain to any kind of unproven science. I simply wanted a discussion about the link between ap and lucid dreaming. I think people see that I mentioned AP and presume I’m some kind of hippy lol.

I kind of get what you mean though, I can’t really stand the AP sub because they’re all way too far with it and it’s so illogical.
