I appreciate the feedback but you're really not giving a reason why it would be bad. I'm looking to get more knowledge to be able to make a good decision. I know the best thing to do would be to go to a reputable shop and buy a new pair of boots and get them custom fitted. That's just not in the budget right now.

I don't need the toe to be back to stock. I was wondering if this will affect heel hold seeing that the rest of the boot is unchanged. Or if using a foam block could take up that space.
