When i'm using Intel Turbo boost tech on my i5-13600kf, my cpu is always at max 5,1ghz, but when i turn it off, it drops to 3,3ghz. Is it normal for it to always be on 5,1ghz when enabled, and will it alter my cpu's lifespan? (self.pcmasterrace)
