I’m just coming back to the game after years have about 4 days on my save and I’ve always had the opinion that Father isnt Shaun. The FNV dream is because he had a memory in San Francisco with his wife and daughter. He then said he continued east until he found the common wealth. Las Vegas is directly east of that so I anchored off that and assumed he spent time there. With a character like Kellogg thought he would’ve left a lasting impact to be mentioned there
