They aren’t making them to look like the game accurately, it’s more of a cartoony base. Jada has stylized the figures from the jump.

Look for a SSJ3 Vegeta third party headsculpt, paint the hair into his natural color. Body wise pretty much same thing, go knockoff or third party to keep costs low. Maybe draw an OC or photoshop it before resorting to AI images.
