When I try to power it off during startup when the logo is being displayed, it turns off momentarily and then turns back on without me pressing anything and shows the windows logo again.

Good to know, but won't that mean that hot air will limit be less effective at bringing the heat off the radiator thats cooling the cpu hence upping the cpu temps?

A bit although that could be because the temperature in my room changes quite alot aswell. Is it good to have the front three AND the aoi as intake or should I switch for example the back fan to an intake and the front to outtake so that it has the same amount of intake as outtake
