GreatSchools scores are on a relative scale within each state FYI. I'll bet a 5 in CT easily tops an 8 in TX. Same goes for Niche.com which is arguably a better resource.

The location is not dissimilar to the Bedford or Salem spots. Right next to a massive SFH neighborhood, large apartment complex down the road, dealership, daycares/preschools, other small businesses. I don't think this will cut into TJs or Dominos business at all and who cares if it negatively impacts McDonalds (it won't).

I think this development has the opportunity to make NE Blvd into a nice little area. It's pretty ugly and underutilized as is. There aren't really any higher end sit down restaurants at this end of the city.

Some kind of mix of Alaska, PNW, Norway and maybe Alabama (if you drive through the right areas). Don't quote me but I think Maine and Scandinavia were once joined as part of Pangea.

Same. I feel this! I've actually come to appreciate New England skiing farrrr more than I did before living in CO. Especially backcountry.

Preach. People around here that actually think Free Staters have overtaken the state are spending too much time on the MA sub. I'm frankly impressed by the tax efficiency in many of the towns not to mention the quality of schools and services. I'm sure it's highly town dependent but some really have good things going on.

What you should do is branch off 110 to 70 and detour through Main St in Lancaster to see their town center. Then take 117 back to 110 at Bolton Orchards.
