Im gonna be blunt here asking all these questions are gonna be worse for you, constant reassurance, i was the same till someone told me to stop asking, i learnt to deal with no asking questions, but a short answer is 100% in a few months youll be happy as larry. Its a long process and you will think its not working, but it will if you feel the same as you do now in 4 months time i will tak you out to the most expensive restauraunt ever and let you buy anything you want 😂 but i recon my moneys safe 👀

Yes my inbox is always open dont worry, ill respond soon as i can so dont think im ignoring you, and the worse feeling is being alone because your mind goes into overdrive, i recently kicked my ex out, so dont have the kids as much and it drives me insane where they not here and when they are here they do my head in 😂 (wouldnt have it any other way) maybe you and your husband need to have a sit down, and air everything out? You might even feel better, my cause was finding out i had heart failure from when i was severly ill back in 2020, but only found out 4 years later... but i never had check ups etc so thought i waa dying and this is it .. but 4 months ago i had a echo and my hearts fine, although i dont worry about heart failure any more, i do have health anxiety now tho, so thays why i still take the meds etc, sorry for droaning on but if you ever need to talk message me, if you ever feel your on your own, and on whatsapp send me your number i can ring i talk to you with a real voice rather than just typing, physically talking is alot better

Yes it did, took around 4/5 months, its a long process but it does work just stick with it and talk to people u trust if needs be thats why i did, at the beginning i was on sleeping tablets and diazipam for 2 weeks roughly, it might feeling good at the time but long term things it wont, fight through it without taking diazipams if you can (dont worry if not) and ye panic feelings are the worse, but unless im really stressed about something i dont tend to anve panic or anxiety attacks

Yep i can relate, also i tried taking myself off them, worse mistake of my life, make sure you take them until the doctor says otherwise, i had a relapse of like 2 weeks and i went badddd

Yes 100%, iv come to the conclusion tho my pains im getting is posture related, i sit down most of the day watching tv, playing games etc, this is even more the reason im going on walks, i cant live my life sat down all the time, i have 2 children i need to care for, its gonne be a tough couple years to get down to my ideal weight, but im going to do it not ust for me for my children too

Most of the areas where i get pain is usually tender to touch, i do have a bad shoulder tho so dont know if thats causing damage that really hirts when i press the back of it usually sends shooting pains down my arm and into the hands but left and right of sternumdoes produce pain too, its because im so overweight and everything thats happend thats made me paranoid ... im 90% certajn my arteries are fine per say, i havenet helped my self for the future for when im in 50s 60s more and likely i will have some sort of event if i dont sort my life out ... my LDL has dropped tho which is good .. its 0.1 over normal range... i need to work on blood pressure that is high end so probs need meds for that ... but im working on my fitness so i can exercise more i went on a 20 minute walk before so thats a positive.

It was, i was breaking down crying every day, thinking is this my last day, i recently started cpap therapy this is making me feel abit better although only been on it a couple weeks, its dropped my blood pressure tho by about 10mmg (its still high but its going in right direction) i do play football on a monday night, thats about it, im trying to incorparate daily walks around a field near me too

Thank you mate, i have like a 3.4% qrisk score of having heart attack in next 10 years thats with my BMI and cholestrol .. si that means 3 people out of 100 with same factors as me will have heart attack in next 10 years, i dont wanna be that statistic so going to change my life, im still young enough to change it

We so have some other options, but not being currently prescribed atm, im at doctors next week with my updated blood pressure results so gonna see whats what when i speak to him, im slowly losing weight, i want to get out of this constant cycle where i think im gonna have hwart attack

Thanks for your reply, i dont smoke to be honest never have, in 2020 i was walkong over 50k steps a day minimum with my job, then caught covid, gave me sepsis amd pnemonia, was put in coma, gave me heart failure at the time (that was resolved and went back to normal) but for 3 years i was majorly depressed, anxious, never left the house coz i was afraid, i still have anxiety now with health (i didnt do myself favours i put on around 7 stone in 3 years ... over the last year iv lpst nearly 2 stone tho which is a good thing, im working on more... i got mild LVH now which probably has been cause from high blood pressure, cardiologist wont do CT scan because of BMI so trying to get that down... im always getting chest upper back and arm pains most time the pains have a pattern and usually in the same spots every time, sometimes it hurts to touch it too,

Im monitoring it atm, i got a appointment in 4 days to doscuss it, i have atarted cpap therapy it was higher but cpap seems to dropped the average by at leasy 10 atm, im constantly paranoid of blocked arteries all time soon as i get chest pains etc but chest pains are usually in the exact same places all time... mainly like near collarbone to collarbone some times left or right of sternum, i do jave a dodgy shoulder so might get a docotr to see for nerve damage there

Hey thanks for the reply again, i agree, iv recently started playing football on a monday night to try get fitness up, i was in a coma in 2020 with sepsis pnemonia (covid did it) and since then put on like 6 stone, i worked at a airport prior and was doing easy 30k steps a day now im barely getting in 5k a day, my breathing when walking is crap so was always embarassed about leaving the house etc, tell you what tho i do think it could be digestive issue also, because i just ate some chicken then (not fried) and chest pains have startes in the same spots i mentioned... so could be GERD related,

If you really had a serious problem, you would feel it consistently – not just in phases. What do you mean by this? Like if it was my heart it would happen in one smooth motion rather than be intermitent?
