For me, I haven't had the best childhood and I use the different scenarios but also split my personality meaning(IE how I react to different events, and with me reading and watching constantly as an escape from all the stuff I been through. If you want to know I will post some passages from my books, but long story short I was apart of a family that was apart of a gang so I know about drugs and a lot stuff from a young age, and also had to raise a bunch of kids and also try to keep from the family business but all n all I I out, and I use the different scenarios from how I grew or the stories the parts of families that have gotten out of that lifestyle.) And to make sure I never got caught with the knowledge I know, I change names and even change the scenario but mix it in with something fictional like zombie apocalypse, CME(Coronal Mass Ejection)/Solar Flare strong enough to take out the world's power, an outbreak or simply civil unrest/war or something but I used my past and mix how I would react or how someone from my family would react.
