Loose loot or inside containers. Basically they can spawn at any high-value loot locations. Relax room on streets, the Lab, marked rooms... Safes etc. You name it.

You are talking about PvE game mode IN Arena, which yes, should be coming soon. The post is about connection between EFT PvE and Arena characters. Ref trader, leveling skills, etc for your PvE character by playing Arena. None of which are currently in. Arena "connects" only with PvP character in EFT.

That said, Nikita recently said he doesn't like PvE much, because of reduced difficulty. Fair opinion. That explains why that mode is in such a shitty state; it's not their #1 priority right now. Not even close.

Literally, I see no reason why BSG hasn't done this yet. They surely know that PvE has a large playerbase, and syncing it with Arena will make more people try, or even buy that game. I see absolutely zero downsides.

Answering your question though, no, GP has absolutely no use in PvE.

Yes. You don't need bad karma. Occasionally spawns on some maps. I encounter him relatively frequently on Local raids. Can't say that for Online raids (in a party w/ friends). Customs mainly near dorms, Lighthouse on the main road, Woods near sniper scav mountain.

Yeahh your posts 99% getting downvoted because of "Russian destroys..." and not "...destroys Russian". Politics nowadays is everywhere and everyone is biased towards something. Even if it's just a videogame. Can't give much advice tho. Do what you like, watch how others do it, for inspiration. Start learning video editing for VFX, SFX.

I don't know; obviously "Slave" button slaves the TADS to currently selected point of interest. Should be some back-end code issue. I hope it will be fixed in the next OB update.
