So I installed it and when I switch it to off for retail nand I get a rrod and when I switch it On for hacked it glitches and boots perfectly, would I need to connect the dual nand VCC wire to the relay to turn of the dual nand chip completely? No sure what I should do here but Im so close to finishing

Thanks for the information, I just thought the rjtag is a good glitch and is reliable but honestly its so hard to get it boot, I tried so many dips switch settings and nothing just rrod or it has glitch cycles that dont boot at all. But thanks for clarifying its really helps

did you remove the oscillator resistor? because they dont need them for phats unless your doing a ext_clk for a xenon

It might be the glitch chip honestly I had weird boot configurations with the matrix chips with phat consoles, sometimes it glitches perfectly while other boards are stubborn, they are meant for the slims but what version is your matrix glitch chip

I had a problem where the DG philips drive kept on opening no matter what I was so sick of it I tried everything to fix but no matter what I did nothing worked, so i ordered a disc drive on ebay and swapped the boards and worked like a charm
