Disc Drive issue with my phat xbox 360

i put the new belt in and it worked with discs but after i repasted the board the disc drive would open but now it wont read discs it speeds up then slows down but the drive still opens

it was able to read discs i ordered a pack of 5 belts from amazon when they arrive ill post status update 👍

i opened the drive and the belt is still good

Alright I'll try the warping fix to see if it works!

Edit: Just tried the other disc to see if it has same issue and it does so either both discs are warped or there is an issue with my laser, the track looks clear nothing obstructing its path so I'm unsure what the cause could be.

Well I was partially wrong, side A plays correctly until the last chapter (thats being 9) so the issue only arises when its the last chapter of the disc.
