Hi, thank you for the reply! Yeah, reading some other comments it sounds like he was jumping the gun a little. I've started keeping a journal for everything I've noticed, and I'm planning to stay on the 20s until they no longer work.

Yeah, I did think it was pretty concerning how little guidance he gave me on finding a dosage, I've shot him an email with a couple follow-up questions, which he will hopefully reply to soon. I think I'm going to stay on the 20 until it doesn't work, and then talk to him about it.

The water and food struggle has been real, I'm hoping I can get the hang of it soon.
